Year 2011, CSC Screen Process Supplies Sdn. Bhd. has taken a further step to make our environmental friendly ink to perform better. Our R&D is close to Nano technology in veggie oil and is finally bringing us to introduce our latest development in high mesh printing "The Nano Process Colors".

Nano Process Colors, the latest development in using close to Nano technology veggie oil don't just promise a more environmental friendly solution but more. Nano Process Colors veggie oil ink has been proven to be printable using extreme high mesh count that has never been used in textile screen printing history. Nano Process Colors is so fine that it print through 165 mesh (420 counts) with excellent printability, excellent hand feel and vibrant color yield. You will not feel the print printed with our Nano Process Colors, the softness of the ink which blended into fabric makes you think if it was printed or if it was transfered using sublimation.

In the PVC & Phthalate free Plastisol (Ecosol II), CSC is introducing our latest development. The Ecosol II Autumn Plus. EII Autumn Plus, can be used as brittle ink on its own, it can also be used as a brittle flocking adhesive which is a new breakthrough in non-PVC Plastisol technology. Our latest development in using veggie oil doesn't just promise a more environmental friendly solution but more. This veggie oil ink has excellent opacity, excellent hand feel, vibrant color yield and excellent elasticity. Close your eye and feel the print printed with EES ink, the softness of the ink which blended into the garment will make you guessing if you are feeling the fabric or a print.

In the PVC & Phthalate free Plastisol (Ecosol II), CSC is introducing our latest development. The Ecosol II Stretch Additives, this product promise to make our Ecosol II System more stretchable with tremendously improving the softness in the print handfeel. CSC had taken another step further by introducing our green product to the American Continental by participating in Las Vegas from October 13 to October 15 at booth Number #3217 and the launching of our Veggie Oil Ink (EES).

With the believe of having your vehicle that running on veggie diesel will make our earth a cleaner place CSC proudly introduce our latest invention ˇ°The EES Systemˇ± which is where the veggie oil goes into your ink and drives your ink greener also making our planet safer to live in.

• ELA-EI-SOL (EES) Ink, CSC is proudly introducing our new innovation development & our continuity afford in supporting green, the "Elaeisol". EES (Short form for Elaeisol) is our first generation of waterbase ink using the state of art bio reaction technology in veggie oleo for producing a VOC free low solid content waterbase ink. EES print are total VOC free, its gives excellent color vibrant, excellent hand feel, excellent washing fastness, excellent crocking fastness, excellent opacity, excellent printability, tack free, and most of all it will be able to meet all the requirement in E1 compliant listing. EES are also air dry self-crosslink which means lower energy consumption. EES consist of White, Opaque Base and Clear. • In CSC effort to improve our ECOSOL II (PVC Free and Phthalate free Plastisol) handfeel, CSC is proud to introduce our all new Stretch Additive. With just 20% additional of EII Stretch Additive added into any of our Ecosol II ink, you can reduce the handfeel of the printed motive by more than 50% and more than that, it will also improve the elongation properties as well as reducing the fusing temperature by 5%.
