Ecosol II HIIO
| Overview |
Ecosol HIIO is a waterbase eco-solution ink that is waterbase, PVC, Phthalate and Formaldehyde free, 100 percent
environmental friendly plastisol ink system. It is a ready for use with high elastomeric non air-dry ink that can be screen
direct out of its can. Ecosol HIIO System is an excellent product for use for printing on a manual carousel as well as long
table printing. Print with Ecosol HIIO will show good elastomeric properties, high washing fastness properties and high
color brilliancy with user friendly pigmentation as well as screen cleaning. The crocking (wet and dry) fastness for
printed Ecosol HIIO colors shows excellent result. Ecosol HIIO system consists of High opaque White, White and
2Bases. It is fully compatible with Cassee range of Pigment Concentrate colors in color matching.

| Application Tips |
- Ecosol HIIO system is compatible with Waterbase Pigments (Cassee) for color matching.
- For opacity add low dosage of white to bases prior adding Cassee pigment concentrate.
- Cure ink at optimum temperature and do not stretch fabric while hot.
- Always test fastness properties prior production.

Printers are advice to use only water resist direct in direct emulsion. (Call your emulsion supplier for water resist emulsion).
Mesh Type
32T monofilament for Puff, Metallic, Glitter, and Shimmer.
49~77T monofilament for solid graphic design.
77~90T monofilament for underbase and details.

| Squeegees And Printing Table |
| 65 squeegees hardness are recommended for printing excellent opacity when printing under base white. Soft tables are
most suitable for opacity and high-density effect. Silicon rubber is suggested to be place on top of the printing pellet to
improve the printing table hardness. Squeegee hardness of 65/75 sore was recommended for wet on wet multi color
printing. Squeegee hardness of 75/85 was recommended for detail and fine toning effect. |

| Drying And Polymerization |
| For maximum fastness, prints are to be cure at 160°C or 320°F. Airflow recommended is 2000 cfm for 120 seconds.

| Packaging And Storage |
| Hifast E inks are pack in 20 liters packing as well as 200 liters drum. Always store ink under shade at below 50°C. This product should not be prolonging to exposure to frost or below 0°C.

| Handling, Toxicity & Hazard |
| Ecosol HIIO are total green with meets E1 standard of safety requirements, Ecosol HIIO waste are graded as
biodegradable, it is water soluble. Ecosol HIIO is made from material that is non carcinogenic and non environmental
hazard. Wash screen and ink with water or screen leaner.

| Others Important Tips |
|
Store ink at room temperature (+32°C) to prevent viscosity built up. The inks have shorter shelf life if store at higher
temperature and will be shortening further if store temperature increased. (** never store ink above 50°C)
