Ecosol II Polygray
| Overview |
Ecosol II is an eco-solution ink that is PVC, Phthalate and Formaldehyde free, “plastisol simulated” ink
system. In countering today’s polyester migration problems using the environmental care ink, CSC
Screen Process Supplies had developed a solution. We are proud to introduce our Ecosol II Polygray
base.
This is an excellent product for use for printing brilliance light shade on dark color polyester
fabrics where disperse dyestuff migration are common. Most migration block ink in the market are
made of Plastisol which gives poor hand feel, low elastomeric and poor washing properties, but Ecosol
II Polygray base have the revert effect from all competitors product.

| Application Tips |
Ecosol II Polygray base is recommended to be use direct from the can.
- Always lay down higher deposit of ink by using causer mesh, rounded squeegee and soft table.
- Minimal ink thickness recommended for Polygra base to be printed on the fabric should not less than 20 micron.
- Flash using IR Quartz heat source at 250°C until ink is touch dry.
- Ink should be cure at 160°C until it is fully cure.
Note: It is important to stir this product before use. Lids must be kept on the containers at all times.

| Type Of Stencil & Mesh |
Printers are advice to use only direct in direct emulsion. Capillary film are recommended for high density printing (Call your emulsion supplier for water resist emulsion).
Mesh Type
41~90T monofilament mesh are recommended for printing the Ecosol II Polygray base.

|
| |
| Squeegees And Printing Table |
| Use 65/90/65 sore hardness squeegee for printing Ecosol II Polygray base. |
|
| |
| Drying And Polymerization |
| For maximum fastness, prints are to be cure at 160°C or 320°F. Airflow recommended is 2000 cfm for
120 seconds at ink film thickness below 35 micron.

| Others Important Tips |
|
Always incubate printed Ecosol II with Ecosol II Polygray base to confirm on disperse dye migration
properties for a minimal of 15 days at room temperature of 36°C at humid of 75%. Store ink at room
temperature (Below 50°C) to prevent viscosity built up. Inks have pot life of approximately 12 month if
store at temperature above room temperature and will be shortening up if store at higher temperature
condition.
