EES NANOPROCESS SYSTEM
| Overview |
With the state of the art on Nano technology in textile ink and edible oleo polymerization, CSC had again made a breakthrough in textile screen printing ink. Our close to Nano Process Base (10-8< X <10-9) and our latest technology in Nano grinding technology in pigmentation, we are bringing you our super fine process color for textile screen printing. EES Nano Process system had given printers an optional choice in print that achieve by using digital inkjet process and digital inkjet sublimation. EES Nano Process also had managed to put an end to restriction on softhand high resolution sublimation transfer effect to only polyester fabric.
EES Nano Process consists of 4 standards ready for use colors which are EES Nano Process Cyan, EES Nano Process Yellow, EES Nano Process Magenta and EES Nano Process Black. With a high resolution separation (65 up to 120 DPI) and a high definition stencil (150/380 up to 180/460 mesh) you may be able to print on almost all type of fabric the complete Chroma you can see on your fabric with an extreme softhand feel.
EES Nano Process are total VOC free, which gives excellent color vibrant with excellent hand feel, excellent washing fastness, excellent crocking fastness, excellent printability, tack free on almost all type of fabric ranging from cotton, pure silk, wool, polyester, rayon, viscose and certain type of polyamide.
EES are low cure or partially air dry or self-crosslink which means lower energy consumption.

| Application Method |
|
EES Nano Process Colors are ready for use directly out from its can. In situation where higher viscosity is required, a small dosage of thickener is added to increase the viscosity. (0.2% to 0.3%). Add 0.5 to 1% of CBA NF to enhance the washing and crocking performance on difficult or improper prepared fabric are recommended. For excellent hand feel, always use higher mesh count.

| Type Of Stencil |
Use only water resist direct in direct emulsion. Extensive expose stencil after preparations are recommended for assurance of stencil the durability.
Mesh recommended range from 90 to 180 metric counts.
Minimum screen tension should be above 25 Newton. Low screen tension will result smearing, low detail print and heavy hand feel.

| Squeegee And Table |
| Squeegee hardness recommended for printing should not be above 55 sore, double hardness squeegee recommended (55/90/55). |

| Printing And Procedure |
|
Always start printing with the lightest color first at the sequence of Yellow/Magenta/Cyan/Black. In situation where spot colors are required, always printed spot colors last. Spot colors are achievable using EES Nano Process Base and EES Nano Pigment Concentrated (Check with our distributor). The darkest color was printed last for excellent color brightness. Flood screen after every print stroke for good ink deposit when printing. Precaution!! Heavy squeegee pressure will cause heavy penetration and will effect on the hand feel and the color brilliancy.

| Dryer And Ventilation |
EES Nano Process System is partial air dry. Different type of fabric will required different curing/fixation temperature. Common fixation/curing recommendation using IR Air heat are at 120°C to 135°C for cotton, polyester and 150°C to 170°C for Silk, Wool and Polyamide with force air of 50cmm (2000cfm) for approximately 90 seconds.
