Hifast
| Overview |
Hifast System is used to print deep, bright colors on dark ground shades which the finish product give very similar
physical performance like discharge printing. Hifast System works on polymer dry film reflection index light interference
theory. This is very different from discharge printing theory of discharging (strip) off the dyed ground shade and
replacing them with a pigment colors. Hifast give excellent hand feel with breath-ability comfort just like any waterbase
ink or discharge ink. This system consists of Hifast White, Hifast and Hifast Clear.

| Type Of Fabrics |
|
Cotton, Blend, Polyester, Spandex Poly, Spandex Nylon and Denims material.
|
|
| |
| Application Method |
Add in pigment concentrated to Hifast and mix well to achieve the desire color shade (0% to 5%) to your desire color.
Print ink direct to your dark shade fabric, dry the print and a vibrant color printing will appear on your fabric.
The high opacity Hifast White is used for printing high opacity white, highlight or special spot white where optimums
white are required. Hifast Clear are for color tinting and it can be use for printing on light color fabric with vibrant color
and fastness properties as well as for excellent hand feel printing.
To achieve good opacity on black, red or dark navy fabric, an underbase print are suggested to printed with either using
Hifast White or using blank Hifast alone.

| Type Of Stencil |
Use only water resist direct in direct emulsion. Over expose stencil are recommended for assurance of stencil the
durability. Clean screen thoroughly with ample of water and detergent in situation where emulsion hardeners are being
used this is to avoid form ink choking upon reaction with emulsion hardener.
Mesh recommended range from 39 to 77 metric counts. Finer mesh is for detail and normally will be chosen as the last
screen color.
Screen tension for manual printing on a manual machine should not be lesser than 25 N. Always use screen tension above
30 N for automatic machine. Low Screen tension will result smearing, screen block and low detail print.

| Squeegee And Table |
Squeegee hardness recommended for wet on wet printing should within 50 sore to sore 65. A double hardness or
sandwich type squeegee will be ideal, e.g. 55/90/55.
Silicone pads are to be used to accomplish the soft table effect on an automatic machine pellet. |
|
| |
| Printing And Procedure |
| Always start printing with the darkest color first after laying down the underbase. The lightest color was printed last for
excellent color brightness. Flood screen after every print stroke for good ink deposit when printing. Use low squeegee
pressure for a maximum ink deposit on fabric. Heavy squeegee pressure will cause poor quality discharging, heavy color
penetrate through the fabric and heavy hand feel. Place printed garment immediately into the dryer once printing
completed. To obtain excellent washing and crocking fastness properties leave print to complete its chemical reaction for
48 hours at room temperature of 32°C and humidity of 55%. Additional of 0.5 to 1% of Humectants CW777 are
recommended upon noticing of screen clogging or poor color level deposited onto print.

| Dryer And Ventilation |
|
Hifast System is a self-polymerization polyester-polyol water dispersible ink system and the polymerization will started
upon receiving a minimum kick off starting temperature of 150°C upon completion of water condensation. This means
that as long as the ink achieves the minimum temperature kick on required temperature the polymerization will continue
after that even at room temperature until its completion. In normal practice we suggest the ink to cure at 150°C for 2 minutes at 1500 cfm.

| Packing And Storage |
|
Hifast are pack in 20 liters packing as well as 200 liters drum. Always store ink under shade at below 35°C. This product should not be prolonging to exposure to frost or below 0°C.

| Handling, Toxicity & Hazard |
|
Hifast System are total green with meets E1 standard of safety requirements, Hifast waste are graded as biodegradable, it is non volatile (waterbase). Hifast are made from material that is non carcinogenic and non environmental hazard.
