CSC PERFORMANCE HSA WATER-BASED INK - GENESIS SERIES

Genesis E1 System is an acrylic core shell high opaque, ready for use water base ink that can be screen or roller printed.

It is an excellent product for use on dark color fabrics where maximum opacity is required. In addition it can be used for applications where ultimate fastness properties are required, such as for denim, upholstery etc.

Genesis E1 ink can even be printed on certain types of water-repellent fabric included nylon with good washing fastness and adhesion. Crocking (wet and dry) fastness for printed Genesis ink will show excellent result [4-5].

Genesis E1 System consists of Genesis E1 White, Genesis E1 OP Base, Genesis E1 Clear, Genesis E1 Graybase, Genesis E1 Flockbase and 7 different Genesis E1 Chrome colors.

Cotton, Blends Cotton Polyester, Blend Rayon Polyester, Rayon, Denim, Polyester, some Vinyl and some Nylon.

Screen Mesh

Used only water resistant, direct in direct emulsion.

32T mono-filament for high opacity
49T mono-filament for soft hand with medium opacity
54T mono-filament for detail print or for out line and tone
69 to 90T for fine detail on smooth knitted material
77 to 120T for detail on woven material

Squeegee

55/65 shore hardness for optimum opacity
65/75 shore hardness sharp squeegee for details printing

Drying And Polymerization

Cure at 150°C for 3 minutes Air flow recommended are 2000cfm for proper polymerization.

Packing And Storage

Genesis E1 System products are pack in 20 liters packing as well as 200 liters drum. Always store ink under shade at below 35°C. This product should not be prolonging to exposure to frost or below 0°C.

Handling, Toxicity & Hazard

Genesis E1 System is total green with meets E1 standard on all RSL regulatory. Genesis E1 System is nonvolatile(waterbase). Genesis E1 System is made using renewable power (Power by Solar) and from material that is non-carcinogenic and non-environmental hazard.
